Certificate-issuing machines are installed at 9 on-campus locations. (Refer to below. Locations may be changed as needed.) Current students (enrolled since 1989 or later) can use any of these machines to obtain certificates that are authorized for issuance by their current or previous Faculties or Graduate Schools.

Most of the certificate-issuing machines on campus were replaced on 21 February 2025.

Hours
Most of the machines are in service from Monday through Friday 8:30-18:00, but some locations have different hours, so caution is advised.
All machines are out of service on the following dates: national holidays, 18 June (University Foundation Day), from Monday through Wednesday of the third week of August, from 29 December through 3 January, and the afternoon of the last weekday of September and March.
Please also note that there is always a possibility of this service becoming temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues, so it is advisable to try to obtain required documents as early as possible.

How to operate a certificate-issuing machine
Email registration is required for first-time users.
- Access the Certificate Issuance Service, select the type of certificate and the number of copies needed, and submit your application.
- Check the reservation number sent to your registered email address.
- Use a certificate-issuing machine and enter your reservation number on the touch screen to print your certificate.
