Kyoto University is accepting donations through the Kyoto University Fund (KUF) to help finance its education, research, and public service activities. In addition to the General Purpose Fund, dedicated to supporting efforts related to student assistance, research promotion, and public service, KUF operates a broad range of Special Purpose Funds, through which donors can contribute to specific programs, departments, or activities.
Among these special-purpose funds is the recently established Education and Research Support Fund for Students with Disabilities, focused on promoting activities of the Disability Support Office of the KyotoU General Student Support Center.
Donations will go to ensuring that the Disability Support Office has the necessary resources to provide adequate counseling and other services to meet the increasingly diverse needs of students with disabilities.
