From 19th through 22nd November, Kyoto University held the 58th November Festival with over 100 student-run food vendors erected across the Yoshida Campus, and numerous music and dance performances taking place at Omatsuri Hiroba ("festival square") on the Yoshida-South Campus.
Owing partly to good weather, the event drew large crowds of families and high school students as well as Kyoto U students.
The four days of festivities concluded with a Tuesday night bonfire at Omatsuri Hiroba.
