Professor Kiyoshi Kobayashi of the Management Research Division is Awarded for his Achievements in Education by the Vietnamese Ministry of Education on the 40th Anniversary of Japan-Vietnam Friendship (November 8, 2013)

Professor Kiyoshi Kobayashi (Greduate School of Manegement) was awarded for his achievements in education by Vietnam's Minister of Education, Pham Vn Luan, on the 40th anniversary of Japan-Vietnam friendship, at the Vietnamese University of Transport and Communications (UTC).

He received this prize for recognition of his important contributions in education and student development over the last 10 years, especially through his research and educational activities in the field of infrastructure asset management.
