Education Promotion and Student Support Department, General Student Support Center to be partially closed for summer holidays

Kyoto University's Education Promotion and Student Support Department (EPSSD) and General Student Support Center (GSSC) will suspend certain operations on the dates specified below (see 1) in addition to during the University holiday period, which runs from Monday 14 through Wednesday 16 August, so as to promote staff health and contribute to nationwide efforts to reduce summertime energy consumption.

Additionally, some of EPSSD and GSSC student services will be unavailable between 12:00 and 13:00 during the periods indicated below in section 2.

1. EPSSD/GSSC closure dates and offices affected

  • Kosei Gakari (Welfare Section), EPSSD Welfare Division

* The Disability Support Office will be open, but not offer counter services, on the above dates.

2. EPSSD/GSSC no-service hour
