Professor Takara elected Dean of the Graduate School of Advanced Integrated Studies in Human Survivability (10 February 2017)

On 10 February, the Graduate School of Advanced Integrated Studies in Human Survivability (GSAIS, or "Shishu-Kan") and the Faculty Consort of Disaster Prevention Research elected Professor Kaoru Takara (hydrology and water resources engineering) as GSAIS' next Dean. The term is for two years, beginning 1 April 2017.
