On 1 June, Kyoto University's lifelong email forwarding service, rolled out to students in February 2016, became available to alumni as well.
Users will be given an email address with the permanent domain name "@kyoto-u.jp", enabling them to easily stay in touch and network with each other. This address will also be used by the University to send notices to the users.
In order to activate this service, applicants will be required to present valid identification in the form of a driver's license, health insurance certificate, or passport, after submitting their applications. Please visit the link below for details.
